The Avian flu will mutate and become airborn. Its new idenity will be born in Europe and the Middle East. America will have to pull many troops out of the land, not knowing that the virus will come with them. America will only see a glimpse of its terror. Though the death count between both Europe and The Middle East will only reach a number in the 700's.

Not highly likely as Europe and North America have fairly high stocks of flu medication.
